Fees

$1,995 per 10'x10' exhibit space

Booth Package

Included with the booth space is pipe and drape (8' high backwall and 3' high sidewall), wireless internet, electrical, 24-hour security, one 6' draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Other furniture and services must be purchased from the show decorator via the exhibitor manual order forms.

Each exhibitor will also be allowed a 75-word company description and logo for the conference program and conference website. A web link may be included to your company's site.

In addition, two exhibitor staff badges per 10'x10' space will be issued to staff your booth. These badges are good for entrance into the exhibit hall only, and not for admission to the technical sessions, tutorials, or keynotes.
